Most small businesses cannot afford to hire a full-time recruiter or contract with expensive headhunters. Our process is an affordable way to eliminate the headaches, time, and costs of placing ads, filtering candidates, and getting to the right people for the job. All for a low monthly cost that can be built right into your current PEO platform.

We have two options:

Our Classic service focuses on eliminating the costs and time associated with ad placement and filtering resumes that meet your unique job requirement.

The Advanced service adds in several other features including phone screening/interviewing. This is by far the biggest time and money expense facing small businesses when it comes to hiring.

With either option, you get assistance in recruiting from industry experts whose purpose is to get you the best possible candidates, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Clients can choose between the Classic or Advanced service based on their individual hiring needs. Below is a simple grid that shows what is included in each service:

What to Expect

Once you have determined a new hire is needed for your company, getting started with a search is quick and easy.

Step 1: Request

The first step is to complete a “Position Request Form” and send it to your designated recruiting specialist. The form includes a checklist of additional documentation needed, including job description(s) and any ads you have used in the past for the position.

Step 2: Review

We will review the request and contact you to schedule a 30-minute intake call. During the call, we will review the Position Request Form with you and gather any additional information needed to make a great match for your organization.

Step 3: Launch

From there, we begin our work on the project. Depending on the service level you have chosen, this could include re-writing job ads and placing them on up to 400 job boards. Our team will use our extensive experience with ad placement to determine the best and most targeted locations to get the greatest results.

Step 4: Candidate Evaluation

Classic: We will review every candidate that applies to the opening, determining which responders best fit the unique job requirement for the position and your company environment. We will work with you to hone in on the critical aspects so you only see the best of the best.

Advanced: In addition to what is included in the Classic service, we will also conduct phone interviews to filter out the best candidates. This is where our services really shine. During our conversations with the candidates we can evaluate their personality, explain why your organization is great to work for, and uncover hidden talents or ‘red flags’. From there, we will send you not only their resume, but also the results of the interview in a concise bullet point format highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and company culture fit.
